I am the Howard R. Marsh Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow at the University of Michigan. Previously I was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. I received my Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Michigan in 2023.
I study political communication, political psychology, and public opinion, focusing on how people encounter, process, and act on political information. In my work, I explore how media and communication relate to polarization, democracy, political learning, and social identity. My other research examines survey measurement and psychophysiology. My work has been published in journals such as Political Communication, Communication Theory, and Politics and the Life Sciences.
